I want to thank Olivia at the service center for stepping up and escalating my issue. Her dedication and professionalism helped me get the resolution I was hoping for. I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in—it’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Olivia is a real asset to the team!
I absolutely love Kia’s service center and my fave service advisor is Olivia Pace, I may get on her nerves lol but she always is super sweet and kind to me and my Seltos which I call the chiefs mobile.. if your ever there stop at her area!!!

I have had positive experiences here. Getting a car was very easy back in the beginning of 2019. I also come here for services and they are always kind and explain things thoroughly. Its these reasons that I will consider them for future purchases or if I need something fixed.
