An EXCELLENT dealership to get a car from. Very pricing, excellent staff, and the first time I’ve ever actually been comfortable with bringing my car back for service to keep my warranty alive. Cam and Brandon are EXCELLENT explorers and both deserve 100 pickles for their attention to detail and service. So happy with my car and happy to go back again, I recommend this specific dealership to ANYONE! I went to the Kia of Streetsboro and it was awful, the folks here really do care about their customers and it shows.
I am very faithful to this dealership. I have never had an issue with any car I’ve gotten here. This is my fifth car. My big issue is with the service department. 2 plus hours for an oil change and an ignition recall fix, and tire rotation. TWO HOURS. I normally get pre-authorization and go to my regular mechanic but I have prepaid oil changes and the recall fix was free so thought why not get it done at once.
