I'm not pleased with my purchase. I've always owned Chevy vehicles & I never had these kinds of problems until my vehicles reached well over 100,000 miles but I guess I have to deal with it until my next vehicle purchase.
Oxendale Kia was very nice and generous they did their job we got a new car and looking forward their services.

We were stranded about 40 miles south of Flag when I called the dealership. Craig was extremely helpful. He arranged for a tow, he determined during that time that my Kia was covered under warranty and Craig got my car repaired in half the time that I was quoted. In summary, Craig exceeded all of my expectations. He under-promised and over-delivered which is what any great sales person would do. My hat is off to you, Craig. You're a fine individual and truly an outstanding rep for your company. Thank you very much, sir.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. The customer service was horrible. First of all, a sales guy named Alec talked my father into making a 4 hour drive out there because he had already done an over the phone app and was approved. After a run around that with Alec, my father was told to make the 4 hour drive yet again. But, he wasn't even working that day!! I moved to the area from the Midwest recently. I am used to rude - omg, it's a woman in the service dept attitude. I have had no issues or rude attitude from any of the staff. I have an older Kia and the service department was gone out of their way to service my Rondo. Yesterday I was in for and oil change and they helped me to install the cross bars on my wagon. I am completely satisfied with their service and am a loyal Kia customer and will continue to be. Thank you to all at Oxendale Kia!
