Absolutely the best place to get a engine replacement, our Kia optima crapped a engine before we was able to go on a planned road trip. We contacted kia and asked them to look into it for us after a couple weeks they called us back and told us that we was within our warranty for a free engine replacement at 69k miles ..they did tell us that it would be a couple months to get the engine replacement as they was backed up, our road trip was planned for August 15th ..we almost looked for a different route on a vehicle to do our ... read more
Towed our car in because the engine failed. This dealership had the engine replaced under warranty in a months time and communicated well the whole time! Did a full car inspection and replaced other parts that also failed along with the engine. Great service and highly recommend. Thanks for getting us our car back quickly so we can finally go on our cross country road trip! Much appreciated
Me and my wife were looking for a smaller vehicle for the family... we stop at this kia oxendale by accident. We were gonna go to the gmc one.... but we've always had good experience with this location before DEION was great salesperson easily to work with.
