Bought my 2023 Kia Sportage here, I live in Salt Lake City, UT so quite a process to get there and back but only dealer that had what I was looking for. Paid $300 to have them tint my car windows, less than 30 days later they are bubbling! Called and emailed several times, no one will return my call, do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle elsewhere! I would not do business with Oxendale Kia again. They are unprofessional and rude. Will not return calls. The service department is the worst.
The engine blew up on my Kia Sorrento on Hwy 66. I bought it used in another state, and had it towed to Oxendale Kia for repair. Unfortunately, it was too far gone. I want to comment on the incredible service provided to us by Tyler in the Service Department. Tyler made sure we stayed informed all the way through a convoluted process. Craig, the Service and Parts Director, we give 5 stars for his amazing customer service! He's knowledgeable, friendly, professional and always kept us in the loop about the progress of our vehicle. The best Vechile Service Department.
While in Flagstaff one of my employees unfortunately cracked the oil pan on my 08 Chevy Cobalt - unbeknownst to me. While I was driving my car to the Chevy dealership, it decided to die near Oxendale Kia. Exceptionally fortunate as they (especially Tyler, Stephen, and Craig) were all extremely helpful in looking at my car. They even showed me where the issue was.
