This is my second time with this location (August 31, 2025), and it keeps getting better. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and the finance director (I'm sorry I forget his name). Both were instrumental in helping me get out of a situation I didn't create. Zip zam bam they made it go away. I will forever be grateful to them. This dealership is the best. The sales person that assisted me was named Carlos. He definitely deserves a raise for helping me through the whole buying process. It was a long but painless process. Thank you Carlos for your help.
To get my service appointment was easy and open times to fit my schedule. My service experience was excellent. Dominic communicated clearly. Took about 2 hours for my vehicle to be complete. Waiting area is so so - could use an upgrade. Dealership conveniently located to shops, stores and eateries. Able to multi task while waiting for my car. Very friendly staff. My Sportage was in good hands. Use caution on entrance to service area - congested. All in all a good job
