I submitted a form just to see what my car’s value was as I was thinking about trading in my car. Bobby got back to me pretty quick and was super helpful. I decided to go in person and look at my options and he made the process so easy! He made sure I was taken care of with getting an oil change and a used car check done as well as a detail. Unfortunately one of the tires had a screw in it from the test drive, but he also went above and beyond to get a plug kit and help us fix it. Really appreciate him and all of his help! E... read more

Have a 2020 soul ex. 55000 miles. Transmission went out and A and B Kia was stellar. Got the repairs done. My only issue is I needed a loaner and they only had 4 which were all out. Put me on list but never needed it. Total time from break down to finished was 4 weeks. Jim in service was great to work with.
