Wanted to give a shout out to Nick. After an incident that happened at Kia while my car was getting serviced, I was able to bring my car in and get it looked at and have the problem fixed. Nick was honest and took responsibility, got the issue sorted and apologized for the mistake. I was expecting pointed fingers and the blame game but received the complete opposite. Thanks Nick!
