Picked up my new Jaecoo J8 last Thursday. Buying this car and being well looked after by Georgyia, Manager for Jaecoo's, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with the entire process of the purchase. Nicest car sales person/Manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. She was attentive to all my needs throughout the purchase and nothing was too difficult for her including the many questions and texts I had regarding the touch screen in the Jaecoo. A real pleasure buying my new car.
Had our Sportage serviced at Geelong Kia today. Excellent experience all round, including a drop off and pick up service. On pick up they went through the service and bill with me and explained everything.
Service counter staff are quite rude and not aware of their surroundings when customers are in waiting room awaiting to be served. Also, the service team do not triage service bookings for vehicles requiring immediate repair.
I have now purchased 7 cars over the years through this dealership. The level of service I have received with the team has been fantastic. I would like to thank Shaun, Georgyia, Scott, Matt, Tony, Adam (detailer) and Amy at reception. Everything is seamless from the purchase through to delivery with any and all questions answered.
