I have had Kia's for going on 17 years. I have no problem with the brand but since changed to Bloods I find their customer service very poor. At last service I had to wait for well over an hour for a lift to town. I then had a phone call asking me to call them but the phones just rang out. As a result of this service they had to order a part. Wrong part ordered Just had to call to book car , just to change the wiper mechanism. Woefull. As of this moment Kia Geelong service department has had my car in for a service since 8am yesterday. It is now 2pm the following day Apparently someone broke a spark plug off where they shouldn't have and " they are still working on it" Not good enough. I can see why the place as abysmal reviews. In future I will take it elsewhere where it's a couple of hundred dollars cheaper and they don't charge $150 just to" have a look"
While the desk staff were great, I don’t appreciate being quoted $43 to replace a blown break light when I went to an auto parts store and bought a pack of two for $6! As a young women going in for a recall repair job, to be offered that as a quote for a single brake globe is insane! If I didn’t know better and had been replacing them myself beforehand I would absolutely feel scammed!
