I bought a car from there in 2022. My brother bought a car 2 months ago. While I was in for a service call I spoke with Zach who was my brother’s sales rep. I told him I would be interested in a trade in. I asked him to work up some numbers and call me. Never heard a word. I had the sales managers cell and called him a week ago and left a message explaining my interest. I got no phone call again. I’m clearly going to have to look elsewhere. Unbelievable.
