Awful and dishonest business. 3rd party extended warranty that doesn’t actually cover anything. Once you buy the car, pray you have no issues or you will be spinning in circles till you give up. Beware!

If you’re thinking of buying a car here you should. I bought my car from here over a year ago. I live in Naples. My ABS lights came on I thought no worries I have warranty took it to Kia in Naples they told me I didn’t have any warranty. I was upset and voiced that. Jason from Kia in Cape Coral called me, listened to me vent and calmly told me to bring my car in. Mark the service advisor also listened to me vent then he explained everything to me.
