TERRIBLE wheelchair! This chair is the worst quality of any wheelchair I have ever used. I have had such a horrible experience with Ki Mobillity. There customer service is terrible. They are very reluctant to correct problems and are rude. Please, Please, don't buy a Ki Mobility chair! You will regret it, and will possible get hurt.
Bought a Ethos 3 yrs ago... Was happy till a weld broke and waiting 11 wks so for it to be up and running. I give it a 3 because the chair is nice now I question the workmanship. Is it a problem or fluke... We will see.
I bought 2 of the catalyst wheelchairs-didn’t hold up and eventually took the 2 to make 1 to work right now It didn’t help the company I bought them from was bought out by Ability(horrible company). When I contacted the company (Ki Mobility) they were more interested in telling me where to go for repairs than their crappy wheelchairs!!
