The owners and Clincal Director DG work together to create an extremely hostile environment. Your job is micromanaged daily, and your duties change with the wind! The owners are married, and their only concern is making money. They have no respect for the employees at all, and continuously write you up for things that don't even make sense and threaten to terminate you frequently. This place is weird, toxic, and a place to avoid at all cost. The owners are actually married but act like they’re not, the managers here will micromanage you and verbally abuse you. They also will try to pressure you to perform shady business practices. AVOID PLEASEE!!!
