Found her demeanor rigid and overbearing. Can't handle being wrong either.
Not trauma-informed. Abrasive communication style and directive, task-based approach that isn't suitable for someone with CPTSD who needs a more person-centered, attachment-based, and emotionally-focused approach. Berates people when her ego is hurt. Wasted so much money with her.
