Dr. Patel denied my medical treatment due to my refusal to signing the medical privacy notice. By law, patients are not obligated to sign and should not be denied care. It is unethical and illegal for any physician to refuse medical attention to patients. No physician is above the law. Lisa Ramirez, the supervisor on duty relayed this message when she stated that due to refusal in signing, medical treatment cannot be received.
My wife visited with Dr. Khushbu Patel on 4/25/2025 due to her cough, however, for some reasons the cough medicine was NOT prescribed, but only medicine for sinus. So we sent her 2 messages requesting for cough medicine, but no response from Dr. Patel after 3 days. How much effort for Dr. Patel to prescribe a cough medicine? Lack of care and responsibility and not acceptable for any doctors who practices medical field. I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Patel.
Dr Patel is an amazing person and with all my complains and worry, she was patience to o listen and communicate are care of treatment with Love and kindness.
She has good approach of every thing.
Dr . Patel should be reprimanded for her lack of understanding on how to address a patient’s concerns and needs. Prime example she requested bloodwork from me late in the evening and acted on the results, prescribed medication, which my numbers have always been good . I insisted on retaking and fast which is more accurate and results were normal as had always been . Dr . Patel never acknowledged that.
