I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. The staff was comforting, patient and knowledgeable.
Scheduling team is excellent and a joy to talk with.
I like Dr Pervaiz ! He has a way of helping you feel comfortable. I like his Receptionist Channa! She seems to be very professional courteous and know her job very well. I will be back very soon for surgery on my finger.
Horrendous communication from this office. I’ve had to call numerous times to get the help I needed after an MRI. No one contacts you, they state they never receive your images even though multiple attempts to send them have been made and it’s impossible to speak with anyone from the office. It’s been weeks now with no information and I’m just curious why the patient is having to do all the juggling to just find out results of a test.
