I have no problem with how my actual visit was conducted. However, when I reported a bad rash due to the meds prescribed in the portal, I got no response. Had to go to my local PCP for treatment. Still have the rash. Still no contact from the team.
This isn't so much about Dr. Nasir as it is the clinic as a whole. I find it unsettling that this office doesn't tell you that you'll be billed more for an appt. over 30 minutes and for the routine ECG. What you pay at check-in may be significantly more once they charge it to your insurance.
