The customer service rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer and locate information for my appointment.
Unfortunately Methodist Neuro floor was eager to discharge patient without definitive diagnosis and are back in the ER 24 hours later with same/worsening stroke-like symptoms. Staff displayed very little understanding of her condition or plan of care throughout hospitalization. Not a fan! Can’t imagine any of the staff would want their family members treated in like fashion.
Easy schedule, great team, nice cleanic. Highly recommended Cardiologist for preventive care.
