My mom went to this cardiologist from time she was seen at Adventhealth celebration. She had several case of CAD stenosis in her carotid arteries, didn’t ever seem concerned to treat or even try to treat these serious health concerns. Don’t get me started on how the offices are ran. Cannot in good conscience recommend this doctor to anyone you care about .
I have no complaints about the Doctor. My issue is with some of his staff. I took a form to be completed, after almost two weeks I called twice, the staff responsible to complete and fax the form was Shakira and never returned my call. I personally went today to inquire about the status of the form. It has not been completed due to missing the doctors signature. Was told the doctor which I know was a very poor excuse they used. Dr. Sunil Kakkar is our family Cardiologist for years. Dr. Kakkar is very knowledgeable, experienced, and very attentive to his patient’s needs. Dr. Kakkar takes his time to listen to patient’s concerns, answer questions, and provides personalized care that meets patient’s individual needs. Great cardiologist
I had an appt today at the Poinciana Office I got there 15 minutes early and it was all dark inside and the doors were locked, I called the office and got an answering machine. I had no idea where he was located so I came home only to go on the internet and find out I am not the only person this has happened too. So I cannot give this Dr a good review he needs to work on his office staff and get everyone on the same page.
Dr. Kakkar has been my cardioligist for over 10 years. He is a great Doctor . He explains and answer your question thoroghly. Listens to you and makes sure that he give you the test necessary for a proper prognosis.

Dr. Kakkar has been my husband’s doctor for 20 years. He is understanding, compassionate, patient and gentle man. He is an exceptional doctor. We are so blessed to have Dr. Kakkar as our cardiologist.
