Dr. Khurana used to be my doctor and my husband's doctor in another office. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, very thorough. I felt compelled to rate her after the previous person rated a 1, which does affect her average and was very unfair since she admitted she didn't even know her.
Dr. Khurana has been my primary care provider for years. She listens intently, helps address my health concerns, and never makes me feel rushed or judged. Her empathy is very appreciated.
I don't even know this person... my phone just brought me to this website randomly and would not let me exit before I rated... so I just rated a 1. Please don't let this rate effect this lady and bring her career further down than where she is already.
Most interactions with Dr. Khurana's office is with the front desk. This is a problem due to a complete lack of human compassion as well as willingness to complete simple tasks competently, if at all (such as complete insurance documents like referral forms). Any attempt to explain what you need completed is quickly interrupted with "This isn't my problem" or "Is there anything that I can do for you" before you can even complete your sentence.
