We couldn't recommend the whole team at KHS heating more highly! We first met Jeremy when our immersion heater stopped working, leaving us without any hot water in mid-winter. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly! He also very kindly listened to us explain the various heating upgrades we planned to do on our 15th century listed cottage and offered some informal advice. Our boiler died one evening. We contacting KHS via their online form and got a call straight back. Dan came round and diagnosed the problem but was really clear and transparent about the tricky nature of the issue and options we had. In the end we decided the long term benefit would be to replace it. Dave sources a replacement boiler instantly and installed the next day. Heat and hot water back on! Really reliable, spotless, crazy quick turn around. Highly recommend!
We recently had a new combi boiler fitted along with a new radiator towel rail and gas hob. We couldn't be happier with the result. After obtaining three quotes, Jeremy shone through as the most professional, knowledgeable and honest person for the job. Along with an extremely competitive quote we didn't hesitate choosing KHS. A mutual date for the work was agreed and on the day Jeremy and Dave arrived on time and cracked on with the work. A truly professional team. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending KHS to anyone.

Contacted by the Company at 09:34 to suggest attendance by 11:00 but Engineer exceeded expectations by arriving at 10:45. Same day service .. No Same morning service .. YES !
