Jeremy returned my call SO quickly and was with me within 25 minutes. He was quick to see my unease over the lack of hot water, really quickly found the source of the problem and had it fixed within what felt like the blink of an eye really. Super nice chap, explained everything, put my mind at ease and was easy to talk with. He made sure he tested that it was up and running and offered some great advice.
