Stevie has helped me get my body back on track through nutrition consults and I see her regulary for massage. She is incredible at what she does. I have also attended some of their fitness classes and yoga classes.
I started going here for a woman’s circle and it was so much fun doing all sorts of different activities and meeting new people. I have attended yoga, meditation and sound along with all day events to increase my awareness on so many topics. I have had massages and have taken fitness classes with both Stevie and Will who are the kindest genuine people I’ve met. Khronology Functional Wellness is a wonderful company that caters to your health and wellness needs. I am turning 70 in November and love to be outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, and hunting. Will checked out my weaknesses and we are working on getting stronger in those areas. I love the variety of the workouts and the homework is doable and makes me accountable for my progress. Would recommend Khronology to anyone looking to stay active as you age. Thank you, Stevie and Will.
