KHR Homes owners are very responsive to the small details and follow up as promised. We highly recommend KHR Homes.
The overall quality of the work was average to poor. They had no quality control over their contractor’s work. It was actually my job to point out when their contractors messed up!!!!! Get used to be told “this is normal” when you bring up an issue. Some of the finished work showed zero care to submit a good product by their contractors. I had nemerous issues that they took for ever to address if they even did. After 3 years, a big potion of my sidewalk has already spalled (pealed of).
