Worst ever customer experience. 1. mismanaged 2. Tried scheduling appointment for colonoscopy and never received instructions canceled it 3. Rescheduled it and got the instructions. Two days before, I was informed that Doctor's secretory was canceled based on the patient's request. I never called for cancellation. I followed the diet rules and had a question, and called customer service to know that the appointment was canceled. The call center is horrible. I was there a few times. Saw the DO Rupal Kothari. The doctor was ok. I wanted to share my experience when I wanted to pay electronically for my visit. The application is extremely confusing for users. The bill does not have all information to log in, and customer need to call the office looking for support. If you still can not use their website to pay they offer to send check to them, they can not take payment over the phone.
