I waited 3 hrs to get an appointment with Dr Farhad, I am very scared. I have a very complex medical history n I am so scared. I hope soon I will know why I am losing the use n strength in my legs n y my brother was dx with Myesthenia Gravis n he committed suicide. I am stronger than that, but I am so scared. I have no family left n nobody to reach out too. I have waited 3 years for help, I hope he can help me.
My doctor sent a referral. I heard nothing from them so I called after two weeks. They told me my case had to be reviewed and to call back in 5 days. I call back today and I'm informed nothing has been reviewed and NOW they tell me I need to send them records. Why wasn't i yold that last week. No care or consideration for sick patients
I have seen Dr. Farhad for a couple years and find him amazing, kind, professional and honest! Not many doctors know what CMT is much less know what to look for when treating this horrific disease! Being a top tier neurologist is such a blessing as well! I now know why he has a long waiting list for appointments, yes he definitely knows his stuff!!
POTS is a difficult thing to deal with and I believe he is the only one in NH that treats it . If you are looking for standard POTS regimens he is good for it . If you want other answers besides meds and beta blockers try a neuroplasticity program or check your vitamin levels . Everytime I have seen Dr Farhad he has always been kind to me it’s unfortunate it takes so long to see him.
agree with everyone that's left review nine times out of 10 he is not on top of his game you go in he tricks your heel if you have neuropathy says can you feel that and of course you can't so you're like well now what are you going to do, I'll prescribes some lamictal which doesn't do a goddamn thing so basically just waiting for my neuropathy in my heel to get worse which it's doing and I say that to him with my foot what's going to happen it's getting worse Am losing complete feeling in my heel and just get nowhere I've go... read more
