In my experience with my two older parents as his former patients, on one occasion we experienced extreme negligence with abnormal lab tests and Rocky’s inability to navigate process to care for someone who is in crisis. My parent landed in the hospital due to Rocky’s reactive approaches pushing pills and medication, and their lack of care when we called for help. Now, my other parent is experiencing issues under his care.

While the in-office visits are fine, beware when you need a referral to a specialist. You may be waiting for two weeks or longer if it even happens. They will tell you "If you do not hear from us in several weeks, call us back." and then it can take another several weeks! This happened to me several times. In some cases, your life could be literally in danger. It should not take more than a day or two to pick up the phone and get you the referral. What are these people in the office doing all day??? Dr Khosla and his staff have a genuine interest and care for their patient's well being. Dr Khosla has treated our family members for sports related concussions and has been my primary physician for years. I highly recommend Dr Khosla for his wealth of experience in sports medicine. He is particularly thorough and his office is very efficient and organized which makes each visit a delight. He is an incredible asset to our community and we are fortunate to have him.

I visited this facility back on December 16th. I was told that an MRI referral would be sent and I could expect to hear from scheduling within 2 weeks. Here we are in the second week of January and I still haven't received a call to schedule an MRI. I called in on Monday to follow up on the status and spoke with Sarah whom advised me that she was able to see that the referral had been made and offered all kinds of excuse as to why I had not been called.
