Inefficient. Supposed to be down for a hospital transfer which made me wait from 10am-2pm for the vehicle to come. It’s a private transport company somemore, it doesn’t make sense if you’ve ambulances then. Next. Vehicle arrivals late at 2.30 and then suddenly was told i needed to wait an ETRA 2.5hours to get medications which if not given i cannot be released. Ridiculous. And i made it clear that i was on a time crunch. For yall wonder ward A71
waiting for a doctor to see you at the wait is the tall order at 11in the morning . wanting to check out and have to go through hoops and circles
I had a great experience with Physiotherapist Jeff. He is very professional and attentive. Jeff explained my condition in detail and carefully checked the problem area before starting the treatment. His explanations were very clear and helpful, which made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment. Highly recommend him!
Helpful customer service staff, Marnizah, proactively extended help to assist us to enter to visit a relative smoothly and not make a wasted trip. Much appreciated!
