On Wed 24/9, I visited Khatib Polyclinic due to a sharp pain around my knee and the back of my thigh, which made it almost impossible to stand on my left foot. The doctor informed me that the clinic lacked the proper X-ray facilities to assess the issue and referred me to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) A&E. Disappointing experience. I was there to collect my mum from endoscope procedure and the clinic made me wait for 1hour for nothing.
I visited Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on 12 September 2025, Clinic C22 Breast Surgery . Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady nurse in the consultation room was unprofessional and kept using her phone during my visit. The doctor seemed very young and lacked experience. I left feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
