耳鼻喉科的吴佳医生（询问柜台女华语接待员得知英文名：Jonna）她拿出来我的喉咙鱼骨，手法果断细心准确，上来谷歌看到这家医院评分很低，但是吴佳医生值得好评，希望这里能有更多这样手到病除的好医生！吴医生值得5分好评，剩下那一分没给是柜台华语服务员讲话态度粗鲁，希望对个别地域病人需要更多耐心.吴医生反而态度比接待员态度更柔和！谢谢吴佳医生！

Was referred to the KTPH dental surgery as to avoid complicated tooth extraction and had no regrets! ​It was an exceptionally positive experience with Dr. Tan Kian How, Nurse Marge, and Rachel. This waiting time is completely unacceptable. My friend was discharged today and reached the Outpatient Pharmacy at around 2:30 pm. We waited for 2.5 hours just to collect two types of antibiotics for a one-week course. How can it possibly take 2.5 hours to prepare only two medications? There was no proper explanation, no clear update, and no indication of how much longer we had to wait. I have just finished a call picked up by Nalani. I would especially like to commend her for her fantastic service. She is sharp, attentive, and understands perfectly my need surrounding my mother's appointment with Geriatric Medicine.
