Dr Sarah-Kei Lauw helped me overcome my fear of needles, she gave me enough time to calm down, helped me throughout the process and provided high-qualiry service and explanations. She is very cheerful and positive and I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor. She made the needle experience one of the most pleasant and bearable experiences I've had. Talking to her during the needle experience helped me calm down and felt like I was talking to a close friend of mine. Thank you, Dr Lauw!
KTPH is really a good hospital in Singapore. However, nurse jackilyn tolentino disgraced your reputation. The nurse bullied patient by ordering patient to clean the table themself while patient still receiving treatment. As a patient, I expected to be treated with respect and compassion, but instead I was treated in an intimidating and disrespectful manner. nurse jackilyn tolentino, your actions have brought shame to KTPH and whole nursing profession.
