Horrible office. It is like Mayberry.. no one in the office has a clue. I needed to change my personal contact info they said write it down on this ripped piece of paper... never changed... imagine that. Office people too busy talking about personal lives... asked first thing for a blood work test over a month and never and he never ordered it??? Stay away from this office
