Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Poorly Managed Practice —— My elderly family member drove nearly an hour through Houston traffic for a scheduled appointment, only to be turned away because Dr. Nguyen was reportedly “too tired after his vacation.” No prior notification, no apology from the doctor or staff, no effort to reschedule or offer an alternative provider—nothing. I’ve lived in Houston for just over two years and have been seeing Dr. Khoa Nguyen for almost a year. He’s an excellent doctor — very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. As a former anesthesiologist from Vietnam, I can truly recognize his strong medical skills.
