My experience from the academy so far has been pretty great, I have the fortune to have someone with an MD licence teaching me, It is a lot of information for anyone new in healthcare but the instructor makes it so easy to understand and he gives insides on what to expect from the position so it feels sometimes as if you are getting training for the job.
