Booked a simple service for my CRV through AutoGuru. The oil filter wasn’t tightened, so there was oil leaking. My engine bay was spotless before it went in, but when I picked it up there was some kind of fluid all over the engine and up the windscreen. The kid used some sort of degreaser spray and dirty rag to clean it off. At the end one of the older guys tried to charge me a higher price than what was quoted on AutoGuru.
