This doctor is by far the worst we've ever encountered when it comes to communicating with patient's families when someone is hospitalized. It is deeply troublesome especially since our family member is elderly and doesn't understand English very well and has mild dementia symptoms. If you encounter this Dr. at Washington Hospital, please request that your family member be cared for by someone else otherwise you will be in for a frustrating and frightening experience.
Dr. Rabin is very rude, has no work ethics, and is careless towards his patients. He's very difficult to reach when in need since his office number never works and no one picks up. Beware of this doctor when sending loved ones in critical condition.
