Dr. Kheirbek went out of his way to help me on a holiday where everyone was closed, he was able to see me and called around until he was able to get me an inhaler I desperately needed from a 24hr pharmacy that had it in stock. I will be seeing him from now on as my pulmonary doctor. Thank you
Went to reschedule an appointment and the office manager refused to reschedule and made it clear that the Physician is refusing to finish treatment with their own patient they were treated in the hospital. At this point even if the office calls back I will see the physician that my insurance recommends, and I will make sure I will let the insurance companies are aware that this physician office manager is refusing treatment for their patients.
Dr. Kheirbek is a very caring doctor. He takes his time and listens to what you have to say. My husband who has COPD is well taken care of and I walk out feeling he is getting the best treatment. The office staff is great too.
Displayed gross negligence. Pulled life saving medicine from a patient that, along with unfathomable negligence by Beaumont at large, ultimately contributed to a completely preventable death. Beaumont and it’s “professionals” have entirely disregarded their medical oaths while their obvious motivation is profits. Patients should always come first. It’s evident these folks have lost all human empathy. Absolutely shameful.
