I had a wool rug that needed cleaning. I was given an explanation on the types of rugs and how they were made. I was also given an excellent explanation on the cleaning of different types of rugs. I texted pictures of my stains and was given great information. I feel like the owner is quite knowledgeable, sincere and ethical in his advice. I would highly recommend this business.
I took a recently purchased Tabriz carpet in for an appraisal and was so impressed by their knowledge that I had the Khazai owners come to my house and appraise the dozen carpets I had collected over the years. I learned so much and have a much greater appreciation for my carpets now. They also repaired a beloved runner and cleaned it and several other carpets. They came back looking beautiful. I am so glad I found Khazai Carpet Cleaning!
Pick up and drop off were free. They were extremely professional. They were responsive and the quality of my handmade rug was beautiful!!! Absolutely love!!! They even helped bring it upstairs. Absolutely recommend!!
