After a tussle with a vacuum, I wondered if my rug could be repaired. After talking with Sophia on the phone and sending a few photos, Sophia decided the best course of action would be to repair rug on site. She went above and beyond to get our rug back to it’s original form (without dragging it all over Louisville). Definitely a satisfied customer.
