I was impressed with the cleaning service for my persian oriental rugs and repair. Staff are very professional and friendly. I make a special visit to Louisville from Michigan just for this purpose. Sophia herself actively assist with selection of Persian rugs and makes expert recommendations.

I had Sophia’s Rugs clean two of my rugs. They were dirty and my senior pet had accidents on both. Sophia and her crew did such a phenomenal job cleaning and restoring my rugs. They smell so good and my new cat hasn’t been attracted to any old urine scent. I highly recommend Sophia’s Rugs. It’s clear they care deeply about their work. They were thorough, effective and a delight to work with.

So grateful to the friend who referred me to Sophia for cleaning and repair of my hand-knotted rugs! Her work was truly excellent and done at top speed for my holiday entertaining. Sophia knew how to repair my rugs' bindings to protect them from future damage, and she was able to diagnose the cause of the damage (my vacuum rather than my dog). While delivering and picking up, I got to see her huge inventory of outstanding rugs. Really happy to know about this local source for both rugs and rug maintenance!
