Huge red flag that you have a sign that you cannot have anyone with you during your exam! I wonder why! Oh maybe because of her bad bedside manner, dismissive at first of my appointment until she finally started doing tests once I said we were going to leave and she realized something was horribly wrong and ordered urgent mris which she was more concerned with labeling it as Ms so insurance will pay her than actually assessing me, when she believed it is my spinal cord and she was right… (insurance fraud?) Pharmacy staff does not appear to be trained in age appropriate customer service. Senior citizens need time to talk about their medication concerns and encouraging feedback when learning technology. Customer service or leadership in the Pharmacy is only directed at getting the meds out to the patients quickly so they can "get the waiting time down" without addressing the difficulties seniors or beneficiaries new to the process may have. My PCP has advised that I need to get a colonoscopy. Unfortunately when I was scheduled I had to cancel twice. These cancellations were not the day of. But now I am advised NMC will not provide a colonoscopy and I must travel to Wichita. I do not have transportation to Wichita and cannot qualify for Harvey County transportation. Furthermore, who wants to take laxatives and then 30+ miles? Louise Bell-Nash

I had an x-ray and some lab work done and them a complete physical done all covered by my health coverage. Well just like every other time in my life they took my coverage card made copies of it 3 different times, just like every other medical facilty I ever went to. Now they refuse to send the bills for the service and now have filed a lawsuit against me.
