My husband was admitted to the hospital and had complications in the surgery. There was no one to talk to but the hospitalist and we wanted answers. Comes Dr. Zaki, it is like the whole problem of my husband has been resolved. He explained, answered all my questions, fears and gave us reassurance about the problem. Amazing doctor! Dr Zaki took so much time answering our questions as the family of the patient. Very knowledgeable and kind. We didn't feel rushed and he truly seemed to want us to understand all of the components of her disease and what the best treatment plan would be for her age and prognosis. Can't say enough good about him. Love, love, love him.
Dr Zaki is a compassionate and caring doctor. Exhibiting kindness and concern for his patients. He explains thoughly and answers questions pertaining to patients and family's concerns regarding all aspects of the illness being treated. I truly appreciate the time he gives me during my visits and his professional and kind manner!
I am not fond of this doctor at all. He has a horrible bedside manner. He made my Mother cry while she was asking him questions about her stay in the hospital. She was very scared and nervous about them not having a diagnosis for her and he was inpatient and unkind. He kept looking at his watch and finally told her if she had any more questions, to write them down and he would be back and answer them. Over 24 hours later, he came back and still did not have the time or patience for her.
