The front desk staff is absolutely disgusting-rude, nasty, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They have no idea how to treat people and clearly shouldn’t be working with the public. I have no idea how they even got hired with that attitude. Avoid this office and find somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience. The people working at the front desk are unbelievably rude, nasty, and disrespectful. They act like they are doing you a favor just by speaking to you, and their attitude is completely disgusting. I honestly have no idea how people who treat others this way were even hired. They clearly have no idea how to deal with people, and they have absolutely no business being the first point of contact for a law office. I would strongly recommend staying away from this office. I highly recommend the lawyers. They get the work done. They are the best. The secretary usually is in a bad mood and has an awful attitude. Bad communication skills overall . I would prefer to get service somewhere else because of her but the lawyers are the ones who bring you back. 👍🏼

I know someone who has been waiting over 8 years for the case to settle... Asking "key" questions and them going around them is what they do best, no type of transparency, from the comments everyone waits years. Surviving Khavinsons and associates, might be a real thing. This man has been waiting close to 8 years for his case to settle. This firm from the comments has the same problem. These reviews are scary... Wow
