I have what I believe to be an ear infection. As I have no family doctor, I decided to go to the walk-in clinic closest to where I live (Khatsahlano medical clinic). It is Saturday and the recording says it opens at 9am. I am there very early 7:45am, because I really need to see someone. At 9am the clinic opens and the secretary informs me that there is no walk-in appointments today or the whole month as the doctors are all on vacation. I love the reception team here. These people work so hard and are super on top of admin stuff as well as appointment booking. They should be far more appreciated because they’re awesome!
Dr. Inkster is a gem if he is available. He is patient and listens to his patients. He is an exceptional doctor. Dr. Melissa is very good also.

I have been seeing Melissa Lem for the last few years and she has been taking good care of me, it is the reception that I have a problem with. I will voice this out to let everyone know because it angers me and others have experienced this. The lady who answers the phone puts you on hold immediately and forgets about you, so I sometimes have to call again, as soon as you discuss time and day and what you are needing, she turns into the most extremely rude person I have ever encountered, I don’t know why she hasn’t been fired... read more
