This complaint is not directed solely at this clinic but at the state of walk-in clinics in this area. I have been on a waiting list for a family doctor for over a year, this is one of the few clinics in Vancouver accepting walk-in patients. I have an incredibly painful ear infection I think I need antibiotics for. I was told when I called today that the doctor's are on vacation. There's no way to reach anyone when calling.
I had a wonderful experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The wait time was short, and the doctor took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. The clinic was very clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit stress-free. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of prompt, quality medical attention!
I have what I believe to be an ear infection. As I have no family doctor, I decided to go to the walk-in clinic closest to where I live (Khatsahlano medical clinic). It is Saturday and the recording says it opens at 9am. I am there very early 7:45am, because I really need to see someone. At 9am the clinic opens and the secretary informs me that there is no walk-in appointments today or the whole month as the doctors are all on vacation. I love the reception team here. These people work so hard and are super on top of admin stuff as well as appointment booking. They should be far more appreciated because they’re awesome!
