Dr. Khater has the best bedside manner. He truly takes his time with you. He is not the doc that has the nurse “handle” the patient. Dr. Khater is the one who sits with you and talks to you about your pregnancy. He tells you what you should be and should not be doing during your pregnancy. He truly does care about you and your pregnancy. I honestly can not say enough about him. I highly recommend him.
Don't see Dr. Khater or Silver Cross Hospital ER-my sister received horrible care! Dr. K was aware of her 3 miscarriage history. She started cramping/ bleeding at 21 wks, went to sch er on Sunday, sent home on bed rest and to contact her fertility specialist on Monday. He didn't come to ER to see her, have hospital check her cervix, or even observe her. Less than 5 hrs later: dilated cervix, full blown labor, and her twin boys miscarried. A preventable tragedy had dr. done cervical cerclage-SAD!
Business response:
There must be some confusion as neither I nor my office staff recognize any patient seen with this story. Also, according to American College of Ob/Gyn (ACOG), there is NO role for cerclage in twins. For example, google study"Rafael Cervical stitch (cerclage) for preventing preterm birth in multiple pregnancy." Quote: "For multiple gestations, there is no evidence that cerclage is an effective intervention for preventing preterm births and reducing perinatal deaths or neonatal morbidity." Thanks
I love dr.khater! He has the best bedside manner and takes time to explain everything so you are sure to understand. My only wish is I found him during my child bearing years so he could of delivered my 3 blessings.. He has taken great care of me and always makes me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr.khater for being you! Oh and I can't forget his staff!! Best staff hands down!! Thank you ladies!
Micki and Kelly Bishop Just had a hysterectomy 2 days ago and feel awesome! Dr. Khater has delivered my two beautiful girls and also performed a dnc before this procedure. Trust him completely and so does my husband. So lucky to have him as my doctor and would recommend him to anyone! Thanks so much for all you do.
Khater Russell I Md - Will County Assn is great doctor Dr. Russell is an excellent doctor, like the previous reviewer stated, he is a very kind and considerate, professional. He took wonderful care of my daughter during her difficult pregnancy. He was very respectful towards her and our family. I can't say enough good about this doctor. We highly recommend him.
Wonderful Doctor I was referred to Dr. Russell Khater by my family practitioner when I was going through a miscarriage. Dr. Khater was phenomenal. He handled me with care in a situation where I was so scared. He helped us get through this time and not long after I became pregnant. I had some issues with this pregnancy and he helped me with grace and kindness throughout the whole pregnancy. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Absolute best doctor I have ever had.
