Amazing Doctor!! Saved my life.
Dr Hematpour is a good doctor but showed a lack of respect for me as a patient. He made me wait an hour and a half. My appt 7/31 - I arrived at 10:40 for an 11 appt. After I went to the room at 11:05, I saw the nurse almost immediately but then waited on Dr Hematpour til 12:10 before he finally arrived. I complained and got the usual song-and-dance ie the staff was busy. I decided to drop Dr Hematpour and find another electrophysiology cardiologist here in Houston. Office visit was great but after that everything went downhill. I went to hca and 2 ivs required but only got 1. There was no anesthesiologist that was told during visit. I had pacemaker and all those people in the room couldn't figure out my iv was blown. I thought my arm was hurting from procedure only had 2 heart caths and went thru arm. I heard everything and it was horrible don't want to go in all details. Medtronic did more than anyone else which I highly recommend
This doctor has a time management problem .. The doctor recommended an ablasion to cure the afib I had .. I was on the table in the operating room waiting for the doctor.. Waited an extended period of time before Hematpor showed up. I was told he would check me out of the hospital. He never showed . A different doctor showed. My pulse is now down to 40. BP is all over the place. I had a follow up appointment. I was the first appointment of the day. I waited in the exam room for 2 hours, he never showed. I left and saw severa... read more
