Great first impression, friendly and professional atmosphere.
Khansa group installed a front door, storm door, and slider for me. The crew was professional, on time, and left my home clean! Maybe most importantly, excellent craftsmanship. The big box company messed up the delivery of the product but this company remained in communication while we worked to reschedule a new install date. Chad and team were responsive, efficient friendly and came thru. Would definitely recommend them and want/will use Chad again for other work as well!
Was told my installation would be today between noon and 2pm, going on 3:30pm, no one answers the phone. I took the day off work, and value my time. They were contracted via Lowe's. I will update my review pending a refund and satisfactory resolution.
