I had a terrible experience at this tax place. The preparer does not disclose his fees upfront, which is extremely dishonest. He charged a single mother $600 and another single person $300 without ever explaining the pricing beforehand. Instead of being transparent, he takes his cut directly from the tax refund, leaving customers in the dark about how much he is pocketing. Very bad service. Countless times he has screwed up my mom’s taxes and proceeds to be unhelpful. Would not recommend look elsewhere for your tax services or else you will be paying thousands of dollars. Instead of doing taxes right he does them wrong.
