I ordered a new set of glasses on 9/26 from the Sherman Oaks office I was told that they would be ready in 5-7 business days. It is now 10/23. I have called, visited the Sherman Oaks office and sent texts multiple times. I was called and told my glasses were ready. I went to pick them up and was told “They did not come in today’s shipments “. I just called and told them to reverse the charges on my credit card. If they do not, I will call the Better Business Bureau and an attorney.

This is very unprofessional I took my glasses in on 2-23-2024 today is the 3-21-24 I’ve been getting the run around about my glasses I was first told my prescription was lost in the mail. Then no one is answering the phones nor is anyone at the office it’s been a month no one knows what’s going on so they say supposedly someone quit but that’s no excuse for the whole location to be closed and nobody can give me an explanation of the whereabouts of my glasses. Poor communication and business.
