Every time I have gone here, it's been inconsistent. I unfortunately kept giving them a chance for some reason. They messed up my hair. I came in with parts of my bleached hair dyed magenta purple (almost pink), which was my fault for DIYing it at home. I was going for a dark purple, and I knew if I got it dyed a dark grape purple it could cover the magenta. I asked for them for that color, and I even stated I knew my whole head won’t be even because parts of my hair was bleached (I didn’t want to bleach my whole head for this appointment).
