Finally a rug shop that sells art. This isn't the "Carpet" store where you get a rug to go with your Ikea/Walmart furniture. Asad understands not only art but design. He helped me choose rugs based on my home and personal taste and didn't try to sell me garbage because I'm a younger buyer. I was treated as a peer dispite lacking knowledge.
In March, I dropped off my Baluch runner for repair. He insisted I pay the majority of the bill upfront and said it would be done my the end of May. It is now August and despite repeated attempts to contact, I have no idea if the work is done or if he has sold my rug elsewhere. Beware, this is a shady operation.
This is an unusual (and hard to find!) shop that provides high-quality services for fine carpets. They do carpet repairs, using naturally dyed fibers. Excellent and highly recommended. An unusual shop with great expertise.
