Wish we would have know that the appointment time is just a suggestion. Sat for a half hr in the waiting room, then sat in the back for over an hr. Still currently waiting. Patient friendliness leaves a lot to be desired, and the service definitely makes it seem like their patients are not a priority.
I have been a patient of Dr Khan for Years. The hole Staff are wonderful. Dr Khan is a great Dr. Very thorough. Very Compassionat to patients needs. Takes the time to listen to patients concerns.
Greatly appreciate that Dr. Khan made it a priority to verify the status of my St. Jude's pacemaker from October to December 2022. At the time, the pacemaker emitted a low-vibration that I thought was signal associated with its termination. Dr. Khan lost no time in getting assessments and did extra texts which were needed due my previous inability to maintain scheduled follow-up. Extremely rude and condescending. When I attempted to explain my symptoms and concerns, he sharply told me to stop talking. When I attempted to share results of tests performed, he wouldn't even look. He dismissed everything, pompously stating that none of the previous techs and doctors (from his own hospital!) know anything. "I am the very best doctor " I canceled all future tests and appointments with his office. I wish I'd walked out of his office during disturbing and bizarre appointment.
