After seeing a specialist in eyes, ears, nose & throat (and before cutting out throat lumps on my throat near lymph’s) doctor sent me to Dr. Khan. Khan is Kingman Regional’s disease specialist. I was referred by KRMC ER to follow up on my ER visits with Dr. Kahn. Went to my initial appointment today that was scheduled last week with Dr. Kahn, Infectious Disease Specialist. When I got there, the receptionist informed me they had no appt on the scheduled for me, I am not "in their system and the doc is not taking new patients. I said "I just scheduled this last week, WTH"? I was in the hospital for 6 days and Dr Kahn was the specialist on my case. All 5 Drs and Dr Kahn missed the fact that I had breast cancer and laughed off my questioning if I did!!!! They just didn't care!!!!
Warning I have problems with diabetes, heart, epilepsy, and Hep C. I NEEDED Dr. Khan for treatment of the Hep C virus. I waited a month for Harvoni to come but the insurance provider called to see the pharmacy got the script. Insurance called me not the doctor's office.
