I've been coming to this practice for 9 months now. I rarely ever write reviews, however, the treatment I've received here is something I want to flag to future patients. I highly recommend Rachel to newcomers as I've had my time with a couple PAs here and she is the only one who is fully present, understanding, and thoroughly listens while being extremely mindful with her next steps for YOUR health. Overall very disappointed in my experience. I’ve been wary of mental health care my entire life, but after getting encouragement from my wife, I reached out. While the staff I spoke to were professional, particularly my therapist Francis Cloud, the medical bureaucracy is maddening. I had an appointment today at 7:40 am. Dr. Khan has been seeing my son for almost two years and it has been transformative for him. After 5 years of being misdiagnosed, she was able to identify his PDA and give us lots of resources to learn more about it. While she has been great about trying different medications to help him, she also acknowledges that medications aren't the whole answer. I’ve been a patient here for the past year. My overall experience with this clinic has been deeply disappointing. While Dulce Lopez was wonderful (empathetic, caring, and someone I genuinely trusted), Dr. Khan was dismissive and never made me feel comfortable or heard. But the biggest issue came when I asked for support with FMLA and short-term disability paperwork due to work-related mental health struggles.
