My wife and I dropped in to this elegant store on a frigid March morning after seeing an intricately carved glass bird atop a group of smoky quartz crystals in a display window. My wife was intrigued and captivated by their fire opal rings. I was amazed by the variety of hues of their natural emeralds. A welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, Ms. C-Rae was eager to show us many other beautiful pieces and answered all our questions. Went in yesterday just to browse and ended up buying a beautiful ring !! The owner was absolutely the kindest friendliest person ever !! The selection is top notch and wonderful prices .. He went above and beyond to help us and make the purchase perfect !! 10 Stars for sure !!!
Purchased a custom made ring that was made too small . After developing an irritation from ring went to store for resizing . Sales woman and manager were both unprofessional and rude . They insisted that ring fit properly although windex was required to remove ring . Went to Harry K Jewelry for resizing and ring now fits perfectly. Stay away from this store .
Some of the rudest customer service i have ever experienced. They laughed at me because they thought I couldn't afford what I asked for. Gold ATH and they laughed. 15k I would have spent. 🫡
