God Bless Dr. Korkor in His retirement ! I went to Him over 15 years, and the professionalism and compassion He showed Me through Many difficult times was unparalleled. Called to ask about scheduling an appointment considering it was one of the few places referred to me by my doctor and of course it didn't go anywhere.... receptionist took my name and number down and said the nurse would contact me within 48 hours to ask me new patient questions. It has now been 3 days later and still no call back from anyone , I'll make sure the word gets out that this place is a total joke and a waste of time.
Doctor KorKor is kind and gentle just a nice human being who is extremely thorough and the best Doctor I have ever had.. His surgery staff and Anesthesiologist are just as nice and considerate as can be. They actually treat you like a caring friend and as a matter of fact the Anesthesiologist even said so before my colonoscopy that they are your friends. She is awesome!! I am deeply disappounted in this office. I called last Thursday morning to make an appointment and was directed to the answering machine of nurse Lisa. I left a message and was told it takes 48 hours for a response. Today, 8 days later neither Lisa nor a colleague of hers have had the decency of calling me back. When my husband called yesterday he was constantely connected to an answering machine and could not speak to a real person. They don't deserve a star.
Had a referral sent to this doctor over two weeks ago and never heard from them. I contacted the receptionist and she had me sent over to the nurse. I left a message and two days later heard nothing back. I didn't want to wait over two more weeks and have to call them again. I got a hold of the receptionist and she was very snooty and claimed she had only been in the office for two hours today and its almost closing time now. No excuse considering it had been two days!
