I am a patient of ESSEN MD House Calls. Their service is terrible. They can't be reached by phone because they don't answer or return your calls. The doctors are not doctors but glorified visiting nurses who can write prescriptions. You get a new person every time accompanied by students. In fact it is hard to distinguish the student from the nurse practitioner as they're both young and inexperienced. Getting referrals or prescriptions refilled on time is next to impossible.
