Very bad experience! I bought a chain and erring for my daughter, but he charged me $182.98 per gram when the market rate is $150.98 . He said he wouldn't charge GST, so I paid by card. I had a very disappointing experience here. Despite having already paid in full, they tried to charge me extra. When I questioned it, they gaslighted me and lied about both the prices and the karat quality of the item. Their pricing seems to depend entirely on their mood. My sister attempted to purchase the same item I had just bought for $375, and they tried to charge her $300 more. Very happy with my necklace, i ordered custom made necklace wasn’t happy with it the first one so they were helpful and they made a new one for me I picked it up today so happy with it, thanks for your customer service Khalij jewellery. 2020 Update, I went to sell my necklace today 18/07/25 my necklace was bought in 2020 customised they have scammed me. My necklace supposed to be 18kg it turns to be 9kg they have charged me $730 in 2020 now they bought it from me for $480. Don’t recommend
