Their mechanical knowledge seems limited. When I spoke with them, I felt he wasn’t very honest. Once they tried to trick me into replacing very expensive parts. Because I was suspicious, I asked two other mechanics at other garage, and both said the parts didn’t need to be replaced. I have bad luck with mechanics. Most of them are not honest people and try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, this is very clearly not the experience you will get at Khalifa Motors. First of all, service is amazing, the brother Asif is very hospitable and confirmed with me which tires I needed installed before doing it. I gave them a call looking for an urgent service for my car. Karim & his team was able to bring my car shortly after arriving without appointment, and quickly fix my car's suspension related issue shortly after. They provide great service there & were very supportive & communicative. Thanks team!

I came in to get my engine oil changed, but one of their workers noticed my passenger side flare fender was hanging out. Without me even asking, he took the time to fix it on the spot—drilled it back properly and didn’t charge me a single penny. That’s the kind of genuine, thoughtful customer service that really stands out. I drive a 2009 Subaru Impreza and I’m definitely coming back here again. Highly recommend!
