Dr. Zarug is absolutely amazing. He is caring, understanding, smart, and so very kind. I've had my thyroid removed and have diabetes and he manages both with me with wonderful help from his staff. I love them all!
I have missed 2 appointments with this Dr. One of which I was in the ER and is why I missed and instead of Dr. Zarug and the management staff (which is who the receptionist said makes those decisions) they didn't even bother to look at my chart, medical history or even reach out to me; instead they drop me for visits, DIABETIC medicine and everything. I have been to Dr. Zarug office about four times with my mother, and while the front office staff has always been very nice and polite, our overall experience with the medical staff has unfortunately been very disappointing. I understand that the office requires the use of an interpreter service during appointments, even when a family caregiver is present. However, my mother sometimes struggles to understand the interpreter on the iPad, so I often need to step in to help clarify information, confirm medications, and make sur... read more

He’s been taking care of my thyroid for 4 years. I have had no problems and would not go anywhere else. Very happy with them.
